Trinitas Publishing, Inc. (TPI) was incorporated on August 10, 1992. It officially started operations in September 1992 with principal place of business at 1835 E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Cubao, Quezon City.

In December 1992, TPI published its first textbook, MITHI Sa Panitikan at Wikang Pilipino. The succeeding years saw the publication of textbooks for preschool and elementary textbooks for Filipino (Reading), English Language, Mathematics, Computer Education, Christian Living, Writing and Social Studies. High school textbooks for Computer Education, Social Studies, and Science and Technology were also completed.

Along with the growth of its publication lines, TPI’s school based distribution network also expanded its market reach. From the National Capital Region (NCR) and other Luzon provinces, it was also able to serve schools in Visayas and Mindanao.

On the 10th year of its mission, TPI’s office transferred from Cubao, Quezon City to its permanent headquarters at Trinitas Complex, Meycauayan, Bulacan.
