The SME Toolkit offers how-to articles, business forms, software, on-line tutorials and tools related to Accounting and Finance, Business Planning, Human Resources, Legal & Insurance, Marketing & Sales, Operations, and Technology. It is free and easy to use so you are encouraged to log-on to www.sme.com.ph and check it out come January 2003.

The SME Toolkit is a project of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Department of the World Bank Group. The SME Department combines the market perspective of the International Finance Corporation with the policy expertise of the World Bank to promote local small business growth in developing nations.
