Arlene Panganiban, assistant manager of JMP Twin Eagle Security, Manpower and Allied Services, recalled in an email interview with SME Newsletter that the initial years for the business were tough as they started from scratch with no mentor and experience to speak of.
JMP Twin Eagle Security, Manpower and Allied Services was derived from her husband’s name, Jesus M Panganiban, a native of San Fernando Pampanga.
Asked what has been the company’s success factor of JMP Eagle Security, Manpower and Allied Services, Ms. Panganiban said maintaining integrity and honesty in their relations with their clients and employees. It was also easier for the company to get clients from their native town because her husband has developed a good reputation and relations from his native cabalen.
“We also provided training and assistance to employees to upgrade their work ethics, values and performance. We also often stress to them to work towards improvement and continuous improvement is the key.
JMP Twin Eagle Security, Manpower and Allied Services is also a responsible employer. According to Ms. Panganiban, it is a medium-sized security agency company that provides all mandated benefits such as the Social Security System, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, 13th month pay of various rates depending on the contract.
During their monthly assemblies, JMP Twin Eagle Security, Manpower and Allied Services conducts lectures, tests, inspirational talks and updates. Furthermore, supervisors also conduct teaching follow ups in posts to assess employees on different areas.
“We offer life and accidental insurance with medical assistance. We also assist them in their baptismal, confirmation and marriage programs if they want. And on top of that we treat them well when they come to the office assist them in their paper works like SSS processing etc. We respect them as a person and help them in their needs as much as possible.
Ms. Panganiban said these programs have yielded positive results as JMP Twin Eagle Security, Manpower and Allied Services has gradually developed a working culture that made the employees a more potent force who can handle bigger and brighter contract and opportunities.
“Aside from our vision we see our company to only provide what’s best to our clients and employees. We would like to go further to have in-house advance learning and professional training with certificates,” she said. We know we can never be perfect, but addressing problems in a timely manner, being open and honest, and providing training and decent jobs are only some of our principles in doing business.
Ms Panganiban said JMP Twin Eagle Security, Manpower and Allied Services see a harmonious relationship with clients who are satisfied with the service and their needs are immediately addressed. By delivering efficient and quality service, Ms. Panganiban said the company would grow resulting in more benefits for the company.
