The vision of Dealo Koffee Klatch is to take the lead in the food service business in the province of Quezon.

To provide standards of high quality food products and services for total customer satisfaction.

Milada Dealo Valde, the chief executive officer of DEALO KOFFEE KLATCH has faced many new experiences in her life -- developments she could not have anticipated in the early days of the business. One thing had never changed however, her being focused and her quest for perfection.

DEALO KOFFEE KLATCH started out as a canteen, serving employees of DEALO INDUSTRIES in December 1970. The drive to enter the competitive market and develop products to the consumers compelled Milada Dealo Valde to open it to the public.

Thus, DEALO KOFFEE KLATCH was established (kaffeeklatcsh is a German word which means coffee chat). The newly opened coffee shop where one can chat with families and friends was an instant hit in Lucban, Quezon – the home of DEALO KOFFEE KLATCH.

After 32 years in the business, DEALO KOFFEE KLATCH cakes and cookies are synonymous with excellent quality. Sales and profit however, are only part of history. Milada Dealo Valde fostered sound governance and individual initiative concepts that many bakeshop owners are only now beginning to understand.

Her entrepreneurial skills are unmatched, providing the blueprint for others to follow the same insight she inherited from her father, the late Marcelo V. Dealo who founded DEALO INDUSTRIES – she passed on to her children.

To meet the challenging demand of a competitive global market, DEALO KOFFEE KLATCH acquires only the best packaging lines and other equipment from top companies across the world. This investment improved product quality that is at par with world class standard.

It also increases capacity and minimizes equipment and breakdowns as well. Her husband, Antonio Valde, who is in-charge of the technical aspects of the business, personally supervises the selection and installation of new equipment.

Milada still dreams and her dreams are anchored to the future. Another branch, another market, and another innovation she won’t stop until she accomplishes it.

After all, she has proven one thing, that home industry if invested with sufficient skill and creativity can be world-class in a way, that perhaps not even she had foreseen in that tiny coffee shop where she had first nurtured her dreams 32 years ago.
